These guys are awesome. They’ve done a ton of work on my bike recently, full rebuild with new wheels, drivetrain, brakes, cockpit, and absolutely nailed it. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been super supportive and willing to help dial things in even after the initial service. What I really appreciate is how they operate. I had a great experience buying a mountain bike at this bike shop! I live in Bogota and was looking for a mountain bike to bring back, and it just so happened that the gentleman who helped me had been on a bike tour in Colombia and he was really able to help me dial in what I needed. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and have been using it regularly in Colombia.

River City is the best bike shop in Portland! After trying many different shops, this place is the clear winner. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of bikes and gear. Purchasing a bike from them was a great experience, Stefan was amazing! They have also serviced many of my numerous bikes and always do a stellar job. As a bike nerd and former bike shop guy, I like to visit the local shops when I’m in a new place. (Portland is home, so my experiences here have been more than just visits). I can confidently say that RCB is a great shop. Right up there with the best bike shops in the country. We’re lucky to have a shop like this in our city.
