I just relocated recently to Portland and was recommended this shop by a coworker. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mayo gave me a breakdown of everything I would need to optimize my bicycle. After the tuneup, my bike rides like a new bicycle. Super happy to have found a great local bike store.

Cool bike shop really conveniently located in the South Waterfront / downtown area. Dan is the man - he’s really knowledgeable and humble, and won’t make you feel silly for asking questions. Highly recommend stopping by if you have any cycling needs!

This place is amazing! The team here is so helpful. I love the concept of helping students learn how to work on their bikes and providing the tools to fix their mode of transportation.

This place feels too good to be true. I got a flat on the way to work this morning, walked my bike over here at lunchtime. They sold me a new inner tube, after which I was able to use one of their fully equipped bike repair stations to make the fix there and then at no additional charge. Plus they have expert mechanics on hand for advice and support as needed. I went here to buy some spare tubes before doing a big tour, and despite the fact that I brought my bike in, they sold me the wrong size (two of them had to put their heads together to figure out what tubes I needed). Due to this, I ended up getting stranded in the middle of nowhere. Definitely skip this place and go to a real mechanic, these people have no idea what they're doing.
