Just rented 4 ebikes from Pedego for the 2022 Bridge Pedal Event. Alex and the rest of the crew are fantastic to work with. They put up with my numerous calls as I was coming in from out of state and I needed to be sure to have the bikes for the big day. Really nice guys with no attitude which is the opposite of many ebike shops where I live. Bikes had good power and battery to easily go the 20 miles of the Main Ride at the Bridge Pedal Event. Thanks again guys!

I’ve been looking for a new e-bike for Christmas. Chase helped answer all of my questions. Great customer service and it’s nice how you can rent a bike before purchase. Only downside is the area around the shop doesn’t have good parking on weekdays.

This is buy far the best experience I’ve had buying anything. Tommy was so incredibly informative and made the experience so pleasant. The bike I got is amazing. I wanted one off the floor (instant gratification) but the owner talked me into ordering the color I really wanted. I’m incredibly grateful for that. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Great experience with Chase, the sale’s rep. He was able to answer my questions so quickly that I couldn’t even keep up with the conversation. I’m a huge fan of Bosch products and this line of electric bikes. I test drove the Element fat tire model and enjoyed its giddy up and go thoroughly. I’d love to run it through its paces further and see how hard it can be worked on various terrains. Quiet rides seem to be best for me. Thanks for the experience Pedego!
