Love this shop. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I am always presented with multiple options and detailed explanations for products I am going to buy and repairs I need. All my repairs have been done thoroughly and my bike returned to me quickly. Grateful to have them as my neighborhood shop!

I’m a hardcore cyclist and have been shopping at NW Pro Gear for a while. I just bought another bike from them, and as always, it was a pleasant experience. They have a massive inventory, they are super knowledgeable, and have amazing customer service. No matter how busy they are, there’s always someone willing to spend as much time as needed to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The guys were very helpful, upfront and honest. I like how they offer a warranty on a used bike. Even though it's a short 30 day warranty, they could choose to sell as is and they don't. I like this option to be able to buy a used bike from an established business. This creates lots of options at different price points. Love this!
