Great customer service online. Email response is lightning quick. I had a problem with Amazon delivering my cycling shorts to the wrong address. Michael filed a claim and sent me a new pair immediately. We had multiple email exchanges and I always had a response within minutes. Got the replacement package. The best way to tell if a company is solid is when things don't go perfectly. How do they respond? These guys went above and beyond.

Great selection, great website, super fast shipping. BTD is my go-to for bike parts. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. BTD always has orders ready for pickup or shipped within a day. By comparison, Universal Cycles has a better selection of small and hard-to-find bike parts, but their order processing time and shipping are much slower. I use BTD whenever possible.

Unfortunately I have to leave a review with one star. They have absolutely earned it. I ordered a Colnago in February. Its cold in the NE, so didn't get a chance to ride until May. Then lots of rain until July. The bottom bracket has been a nightmare. Brought it to the local bike shop 5 times. The fact that I’ve yet to review this place is insane. To have such a place here in Portland has been amazing. Great selection, and, did I mention the staff? Super friendly, always accommodating, chatty, helpful. I’ve had zero issues shopping at BTD over the last 5 years. It’s just a great place to get what ya need, and they are a local biz that support the local scene ya know what I mean?! I was considering purchasing a high end road bike from them I reach out with some questions because I thought the spec and or the price was wrong and I didn't want to end up with the wrong bike.
