London Bicycle Café - Sales & Service Centre

A few months ago, Nadia and Alex at the London Bicycle Cafe assisted me in the purchase of an e cargo bike. I wasn't exactly sure what would be best and they took all the time to help me out. After a few months of riding my new bike (in the winter no less), it made sense to leave some words on how amazing they were... Alex is awesome and gets what needs to get done done! He recently swapped out our cargo bike and commuter bikes with studded winter tires, which is always tricky... Especially because we added Tanus Armour as a flat prevention solution for my wife's longer commutes, from London to Dorchester! A bit of peace of mind.

A relaxed brunch at Bicycle Café turns into a memorable hangout with friends—modern food, impressive coffee art, and a cozy, bike-themed atmosphere that feels like a perfect escape. Plates arrived stylish and light, but it was the coffee art that stole the moment—silent smiles, good coffee, good friends.

Brought in my Trek Alpha 1.1 today for service, it had been slipping between gears for a while. Alex ran me through my options and replaced the cassette and chain for me. Repairs were done same day for an extremely reasonable price, even double checked the bike for me and noticed one of my brake cables wasn’t functioning the way it should be. So he fixed that too!! Above and beyond service, so happy this shop opened up so close to home.

I can’t thank the team at the London Bicycle Cafe for repairing my bike for free after getting involved in an accident 3 days after purchasing my bike, this is the best bicycle shop out there, thank you!
