Great service, good price. I left my e-bike for a check up before Xmas and it was ready in a few days and running like new. No upselling, quick and reliable.

Went in one time to get a cassette taken off. The guy was super nice and couldn’t end up getting the cassette off buddy was amazing and so kind and hooked me up with a free rim for my new cassette I highly recommend this place him in the counter lady were such a delight to work with, and they have a nice collection of sweet cactuses near the cold air conditioning. This is a great little shop highly recommend as well.

Wheels and Gears is the best place to get your bike treated in London, ON. The prices are more than fair and the owner cares about bikes and the people who ride them. I have had at least 5 interactions with this business and I couldn't say enough good about each of them. Most recently I brought a found 80s Japanese road bike in and wanted it fixed up for my girlfriend and W&G made it a Lamborghini. Thanks W&G and see you soon!

Outstanding service! Bought an e-bike over the winter that needed a tune-up and a slight adjustment in the front end to eliminate a wobble. When I contacted Wheels and Gears about this they offered to have it completed the same day! When I did eventually take the bike in, they were very nice and were able to have it ready within 2hrs from dropping it off. When I reached out to an e-bike specialized shop, E-Ride, about the same service, the owner laughed at me and said no bike shop in London ...

Super friendly, knowledgeable and offered great prices for an excellent product. Really enjoyed the owners honesty while fitting me for my new bike. I love it!
