Wonderful store, e-bikes and accessories. Had my e-scooter tire replaced inexpensively here within an hour. Definitely recommend. Hopefully will be back soon to look into financing for an upgraded vehicle.

London Eco Bikes was the place I could buy an Aventon Level.2 E-bike and I ordered it on-line. I met Dave when I picked up the E-bike on Nov 8th and he installed a suspension post and Bluewind Seat that I brought with me. He reviewed the safety info documentation and discussed the 2 year warranty. He was knowledgeable about the products and has extensive riding experience. We r very satisfied with our purchase. Gideon and Dave are outstanding...a dynamic duo! While Gideon walked us through the paperwork, warranty and a summary of care and maintenance I observed Dave dutifully checking and tuning our bikes with care and knowledge. We were given an opportunity to test the bikes in the back of the store (park there if you are picking up bikes) and a hands-on explanation of all their features and maintenance. Thank you!
