E-Ride

Purchased our e-bikes a few years ago from a retailer in london. One bike was cursed erroring out and generally not working. Sent it back to this retailer several times, however they could never find the problem though it would work for a while and then die again. This retailer is no longer in business. My experience with Matt at E bikes was excellent. He was so helpful. He sent emails about my issue. He researched my issue on YouTube to find a video that might help and in the end he solved my problem and didn’t want me to pay him anything. He’s got a beautiful shop with some amazing bikes that are worth checking out.

Seldom in my experience does an owner like Matt take the time to go over things carefully to fully understand what you want to have done. Matt was personable friendly and engaging. He shared my obvious enthusiasm for e-bikes. I will use Matt for all my ebike repairs and service and look forward to buying a Taubik from him in the future. Purchased a Velec bike from Matt back in the spring. Had to wait a bit to get the red colour that I really wanted but Matt was accurate in his estimation of when it would arrive and he kept me posted. Good communication and i was really happy with the sale itself as I felt he was very informative and honest with no pressure to buy.
