Amazing experience! Called about a flat (my son wrecks stuff sometimes lol). Went in same day, and it was repaired right away. The vibe in the shop was amazing, their knowledge and passion about bikes shines through! Nice to see such a great group of people going out of their way to provide the best service! Every time I walk into Gremlins, I am greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who always go the extra mile. Today, I was even invited into the back shop while they adjusted my headset so they could teach me how to do it on my own. Staff are very knowledgeable about fixed gear and vintage bicycles. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I knew what was being done. He worked quickly but with real care, and my bike rides better than ever now. Whenever I see people buying bikes at walmart or CT, it breaks my heart. Support a local shop where you can get infinitely better quality for a similar price. This place is full of friendly, genuinely helpful people - and they have an amazing selection of new and vintage bikes. The team helped me with lots of free advice (and some hard-to-find products) to restore my sweet 80's Bianchi. Love this place.
