We've been buying Wilier Bikes for years. The finish on the frames is incredible. Especially the team finishes or the special editions like the Cavendish one. Stunning. While they are a bit further shipping time to us now (Ohio), everything is packed really well and we've never had a problem with things getting damaged. Highly recommend them and especially the Wilier Bicycles.

Purchased a Wilier Zero SLR in Dec. 2023. The frame developed a crack in the seat stay and Wilier worked quickly to replace the frame under the standard 2 year warranty. Very satisfied with how Wilier responded and Dustin, who was my point person here in the States, was very helpful and did a wonderful job processing my warranty claim.
