Huge thanks to Wheeler Dealer for the great service. They helped repair a bike we’re donating to a family for Christmas and were fantastic to work with. Communication was clear the whole time, and when a few issues popped up, they handled them with honesty and even reduced some labor to keep the cost reasonable. Fair prices, great people, and a shop that truly cares. Highly recommend Wheeler Dealer.

Can’t say better things about the folks here. They’re obviously super knowledgeable and helpful. They’re also very kind and care that you get the best out of your ride. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell things I didn’t need.

My bike is needing repairs. I checked the reviews. I'll be going to Celestial. This new owner speaks to customers so rudely. Look how he responds to reviews. I didn't have a good interaction with him. I called Celestial that is close to my home too. They met customer requests quickly. Specialized are great bikes but I refuse to shop there unless he sells the joint. He ruined it. Update: I just saw his response. The store wasn't closed when I went 1stx. Ernesto and the guys at Wheeler Dealer saved me! I was in town for one day as I was preparing to leave the country for 4 months. Unfortunately, I I was involved in an accident and broke my brake Lebere off my bike and needed to get it fixed before Leaving town the next day. I called Ernesto. They were able to squeeze me in and get the repair down the same day! Their pricing was also very good. Thanks guys!

We had an incredible experience with Ernesto at Wheeler Dealer. He was great with my 5 & 7 year old! They are so excited about their big boy bikes. They went above and beyond at the shop for us.
