Recommendation, purchases and service is always on point. Love my Trek Checkpoint and upgraded saddle. Only wish we had a shop closer to home but worth the drive as they always find a way to squeeze me in as they have great mechanics and knowledge. Thank you Kevin on May ave in OKC.

I stopped into Phat Tire during my ride across the US and Perry repaired my snapped gear shifter and addressed a few other issues. He even bent back my derailleur hanger using a torch and those steady hands! The service was lightning fast and I was back on the road in no time. Thanks so much Dustin and Perry, you guys are experts!!

Great mechanics and fair prices. Dropped in unannounced just before close (on a Saturday) and was able to get a little work done ton my bike while visiting OKC. Part luck because they weren’t backed up with other jobs needing to get out the door immediately but many shops, busy or not, would have turned me away to come back another day. Thanks Corbin!

Update: I did change my review for the fact that they did handle this in a timely manner and were very nice and understanding about my issues with the service. The manger at this store is very nice. Thank you for helping me with this. Wow paid them 200 for a over haul on a bike to get it back dirty. The only thing that is seen that they did is tured the wheels. Now they are like yeah bring it back and we will fix it but we live about 40 min from there and you should do it right the first tim...
