I had a great experience. The final repair, service and installation was better than expected. Truly personalized one-on-one customer service experience. I wish this place the best. I'm new to OKC but this will be my go-to spot for all things cycling.

These guys made me so happy! It was a beautiful day and all I wanted to do was ride, but I was faced with what I feared might be a serious problem on my old (and well-loved) bike. They spotted the problem immediately and fixed it with a few turns of a wrench. No charge. Just a big smile and “you’re welcome.”

The team is super helpful with my tune ups and bike cleans! Bought a Madone from Trek and then a little bit later they sent me these awesome stickers with a nice letter about being an awesome customer! Super cool idea!

The staff was super helpful when shopping. My husband was looking for bicycling shoes. We were told we could ship them back & had 30 days to return them. We told them we were from out of town. They ended up not working. He called to ship them back & get the wider one. They didn't have that one. He stated he would just ship them back & requested a refund.
