The ramp on my wheelchair accessible vehicle broke and needed parts ordered. They did not call us when the parts came in. Then they had to find someone to install the parts, which took almost another week. We were told it would only take one day for the installation, and that did not happen. Communication from them keeping you up to date and returning phone calls is absolutely non existent. I have not been able to get my daughter to and from school or to any therapies in 3 weeks and we still ...

It took me nearly 5 years to get an accessible van that I can drive in my wheelchair through the state of OK. When the time finally came for me to pick up my customized van from United Access, they spent all day making sure that all of my controls were in the right place, making small adjustments until everything was perfect. They're very accessible if I have questions. They are part of the reason why I now have independence as a driver!

Great experience here, booking went smoothly even just a few days ahead. Pickup was smooth, even though I had to send family up there without me. Pricing is directly in line with their competitors, so while it's a touch expensive they aren't ripping you off. I had an issue during my trop and they were able to take care of me. I'd rent again.

I’m tall, my chair sits tall, it was a tough combo. But after bringing me a couple of options to test out, we foun...

We worked with Adam Lane for months to get my dad a handicap accessible van. He and everyone we encountered at United Access were amazing! Adam answered every question we had. He always responded to my messages. He worked with the VA directly to help move the process along with them and found my dad a van that works perfectly for him. It took several months to get everything to come together but he was always patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. Without his help, we would not ha...
