Initially Emailed Ron about a build and he answered back promptly (much to my surprise) and was more informative than I would have expected. I am now setting an appointment and will be starting my new bike build with Ron's this week. If you want a knowledgeable person who cares about service this is the place. He can build repair tune up and after dealing with him even once you'll know you're at the right place.

Ron's the kind of bicycle "tech" we all truly appreciate: honest & resourceful, with a healthy sense of humor. My 1980sTrek 1200 has had Spring maintenance at 3 of the big names over the years; they're good but Ron's work makes the bike feel better, somehow. I got a giant kronos roadster from a family friend that hadn't been ridden in a decade. Ron helped tune it up and helped me determine what adjustments I wanted. I know almost nothing about bikes and he was able to explain everything, and he was budget conscious. Would go to him again!
