I had an amazing experience buying a new Marin bike! They have a great collection of bikes, that I couldn't find anywhere else. The sales team made the whole buying process a smooth roll. They shipped the bike to California at a very reasonable price in a well packaged box and with clear instructions on assembly. Gregg and Geoff answered all my questions both before and after sale. So glad to have found them online; keep riding 513!

The experts at BIKE513 we're super friendly and knowledgeable. They did an actual bike fit, unlike many of the other bike stores we have been to. They helped us get bikes that met our needs and fit us great. They were very patient and answered all of our questions. I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for a new bike. Sales experience was probably the best I've had in any retail environment, not just bikes.

Seth is a wonderful! He did everything he could for us to get the right bike at the right price. He was knowledgeable and patient while letting my son test ride 3 different bikes and helping assess mountain biking needs! We highly recommend this shop!
