We had a tire blowout on a 2024 electric scooter and was told it’s be about one week to repair and be ready. The scooter was ready the very next day and that made us happy $83 Fast forward months later we dropped the scooter off for breaks and they kept it over a week and returned it with the same breaks $50. Fantastic shop. Staff are super friendly and patient (they answered all of my questions, with grace and kindness). Good selection of bikes, including Brampton “foldable” bikes. I Emerson just to browse but they were so friendly that O would up testing and buying a pre-owned Brompton. Bright green! Couldn’t be happier. Easy to park. Jim's Bicycle Shop never disappoints. Jim had the bicycle I wanted for my wife in stock. I wanted a Shimano Alfine internal gear hub instead of the derailleur. Jim was able to get the new hub in and laced up with the original rim very quickly for a truly custom bicycle. Thanks again Jim.
