The front of house salesman staff was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The kids bike buyback program is fantastic. If you’re not aware, they will buy your kids bike back when they outgrow it to help the cost of a larger bike, refurbish and donate to kids in the community. What a great win for everyone. Additionally, as a person who prefer in-store purchasing over online gambles, the store is great and well stocked.

I love how the Trek Store in Blue Ash makes the entire buying experience feel personal and premium. Even as an average rider, I felt like a VIP. The team let me test-ride a bike, adjusted it to match my fit, and walked me through everything with genuine enthusiasm and expertise.
