Montgomery Cyclery Western Hills

We purchased a bike from the Montgomery location on Saturday. They had excellent costumer service and we had a fantastic experience with them. Today, three days later we were out riding and the wheel fell off. It was a total fluke but we did not know what happened. We were closest to this location and came in an hour before it closed and James fixed it on the spot with no charge. We appreciated the customer service of the store and will continue to give them our business.

This location of Montgomery Cyclery is very clean and organized. We were looking to purchase bikes for the family and had budgeted for this large expense. We were disappointed to see that their selection was limited. There were far more kids bikes than for adults. The adult bikes on display didn't have much variation in the style, design, and color. Montgomery Cyclery makes me want to buy things in person again. I'm so used to buying online, but going to a place with experts was truly better. I went to this location for a fix, and it was so easy to work with them. While I was there, I was also looking at kids' bikes and they gave me specialized advice about how to transition a tall child who is an inexperienced rider to a better bike. This location just scored big points with me. My daughter's bike had an issue with it. A part on the back tire that helps move the chain and change gears had broken off. As you can see not exactky a bike expert. Not knowing how bad it was damaged or how to fix it, I went in and explained my issue. He came out to my car and took a quick look. Showed me that it was a simple fix and how I could do it. Easily could have sold me something or charged me a bunch for a simple repair. Greatly apprecia...

We bought our grandson a bike for Christmas. I brought it here to get the brakes tweaked and to have it checked to make sure all was safe for him. The gentleman that was working, got it out of my car for me and checked every inch of that bike to make sure all was well. After he finished, he put it back in my car. I followed him to go back to pay and he said he could not charge me for checking the bike because it was a Christmas present. I was taken aback. How genuinely nice! Highly recommend ...
