The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Although we came to the store for bike helmets, I took pics of hats while we were there. My fav. hat is noted in a pic. I have used it for years! It is completely waterproof! *You must let it dry between usage to keep it fresh.

Embarrassing Experience - staff are friendly and attentive - however when I asked to make a suggestion which 2 out of 3 could be fixed with no trouble . It fell on deaf ears. 1. Need paper for comment and suggestions 2. Need working pen for comment and suggestions. Those first two can be completed without an effort just initiative . 3. Fix fountain ( which was my first suggestion but couldn’t be suggested with out steps 1 and 2 ) So three years is crazy and down right embarrassing for a cor...

Awesome store with lots of outdoor supplies and knowledgeable staff members who are quick to help. I enjoy seeing what new and innovative products are coming out each year in the outdoor industry and MEC is definitely a must visit if you’re looking for supplies. They also partner with Parks Canada to sell the yearly passes.

Just came from MEC with a new beautiful winter coat. Heather was a total GEM helping me find the coat I wanted.

Amazing assistance from Norah who was so patient as I tried on different blundstones. One month in and I am satisfied with my choice!
