I had just flown in from Amsterdam, after 14 months of bike touring Europe and SE Asia, and needed some work done on my Bike Friday folding bicycle. I just showed up and explained my situation. They dropped everything and went right to work on my bicycle. They totally squared me away in a couple of hours. They could not have been nicer or more competent. Highly recommend!

Ross and the staff were awesome to work with. They built me up an incredible wheel set. I supplied the hubs and with Ross’s knowledge and expertise we picked the complementary rims and spokes. The wheels were ready right on time and even 18 dollars cheaper than the quote. Gotta love that. lol After a couple rides the staff takes the wheels back and goes over them for a little check up and make sure everything is working properly. One of the brakes on my bike popped apart and I didn’t know what to do. I came here and they helped me right away! It was a simple fix and they reattached it in less than 2 minutes and sent me on my way! Very kind and helpful and even gave me options if I wanted to fix up my bike to make it more efficient. Highly recommend!

We had such a refreshing experience bike shopping at Halifax cycles. After calling several different shops about doing an extensive overhaul on my bike, I chose Halifax cycles because they seem to have the most product knowledge on my particular Cervelo. Ross was also the most patient person I spoke to out of all the representatives, going into depth on several different questions I had. When we experienced a shipping delay(no fault of theirs) Ross helped me find a solution and made sure i was satisfied. I'll be returning for my next service here.
