Totally ripped off for a simple repair on my electric bike, overcharged both for the service and for the parts. Learned how to do it myself, and buy my parts from new star. $40 for a $18 tube? Charging me two hours of service to replace a tube. Being so inept as to LEAVE THE SHARD OF METAL THAT CAUSED THE FLAT IN THE TIRE WHEN THEY CHANGED THE TUBE SO IT POPPED AGAIN ON MY WAY HOME. I can't stress enough that these folks don't seem to know what they are doing.
