Thomas, owner, helped me fixed an issue with my mechanical brakes. He is very knowledgeable with bikes. I really appreciate that he took his time to help me understand the mechanics of the breaks and how to install new breaks and the difference between hydraulic and mechanical. Thomas is a genius when it comes to fixing bikes of any kind. I called and he fit me in right away, was incredibly gracious and pleasant to talk to. The shop is spotless and well organized, you just know by looking that he kows what he's doing. My wife asked me what magic he performed on the bike because it now goes way faster! I just said magic. The magic of the Dragonfly and Thomas, it's head engineer. I will never go anywhere else.

Thomas is friendly courteous and knows about bikes, I had to change my cables, adjust my rear derailleur and replace my right side brake & shifters he did all that and made some recommendations. Kudos to Thomas.👍🏾👏🏿😊
