Happened by here in need of help setting up an electric motor. Their staff, quickly identified wires. Labeled it for me and it worked perfectly. No charging for things I did not need. Great staff and service. This shop is definitely how a small business should run.

They are amazing. The motor for the air conditioner went out I called everywhere ran All Around Town everyone said they had it but they were all wrong. No one had the correct part. I called electric motor company they were able to get the part in town and have it at their shop in 1 hour or less. Service was amazing. I will refer them to anybody anytime. They went above and beyond for me. And the whole thing is this is for my mom's air conditioner she's elderly and disabled. I could not leave ...

Could be simple for them but hard for me to understand electric current. Still they went out of their way to bench test a motor for me and showed me the process for better understanding. Knowledgeable and friendly, great job guys!

Great place to work with and turn around time was next day. I can’t thank them enough. I have a Cabinet shop. My wide belt sander motor was not working correctly. I use my machine daily. I needed it rushed and they made it happen. Jesus got on it and had it installed the next day. My Shop was delayed for 1 day. My team is back at it and rocking away thanks to them getting my team back up and running. Will recommend and use them in the future if I have any other machine motor work!! ...

If I could leave a negative stars I would. Took in my swimming pool motor on Monday and informed them I needed it diagnosed/repaired/replaced before the weekend as I was having a party and my pool pump hasn’t been being ran. They assured me it would be repaired or replaced in 2-3 days. Never once was I called to update me on the status. I called everyday to check and they still had not got to it. On the 3rd day I called that afternoon and they informed me it was “on the table being looked at”...
