I would recommend Trek store in Albuquerque to anyone new to cycling or a veteran of it. I bought two bicycles from Mike. He was professional and explained the differences between all the models and help me with the one more suitable for my needs. This ABQ Trek store is the best. Service, sales, anything. I have been getting my bike serviced here for a year now, and they are always incredibly helpful and accommodating. For example, I ended up wrecking my wheel the day before a full day in Santa Fe for my birthday ride. They were able to get me riding within hours so that I could go. They went way above and beyond for me. They simply want to help you go have fun on the trail (or road), and they do!

Excellent customer service. I was in town for business and I tried to hit some trails in the foothills and broke my chain. I left my tool bag back home so they hooked me up with everything I needed. Mike was especially helpful and even took time right at closing time to show me how to replace a link in my chain. He also helped me install my tailgate cover and advised me that they have a 10% military discount. I will definitely be back when I’m in town.

Had a great experience! Came in with a flat tire and no knowledge of bikes and Mark got me setup, showed me how to replace a tube, and sent me on my way with two brand new tubes with goo for $35 not bad! Thanks again Mark they're lucky to have you!

My “sales person”, who I later realized was “Mike” the general manager, was very patient and informative. He took time to understand what I wanted, and how I planned on using my new bike, and helped me find a perfect model that met my needs, and was in my price range.
