Bailey in the bicycle area was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time on a busy Saturday to inform my kids and I about mountain bikes, and was exceptionally honest, polite, and professional. It’s bike season, so most local places have been backed up for over a week and a half. If you’re reliant on your bike for commuting like I am, you know a week and a half just won’t work. Bailey (not sure in spelling) was the most helpful person I have encountered while trying to get into mountain biking. After I informed him I was new to the activity he gave me maintenance tips, gear advice, and helped me get the bike rack set up on my car in the rain! Above and beyond as an employee and in customer care. He also recommended apps and trails to start on.
