REI Bike Shop

REI is so lucky to have a bike expert like Drew. He is hands down the best, so knowledgeable and able to explain to a non-expert what needs to be done to get you back on the saddle. There are bike shops closer to me, but it's worth the distance to go to Drew. He rocks!

Drew rocks!! I had my bike wheel stolen outside of my apartment, an obviously frustrating experience and Drew was absolutely incredible. He was understanding and so helpful, working within my budget to get me a new wheel. I was pressed for time and he not just acknowledged my need to get back on my bike ASAP, he made it happen with a turn around of less than a day. Shoutout to the whole team at the REI bike shop, they are awesome!

Had a brake issue. Been to landrey’s bike twice. They said they needed to change the brakes. Quoted me around 200 dollars. Went to rei bike shop. This super chill knowledgeable guy named Derek (not sure of the spelling). Looked at it. Literally fixed it in 2 min!!!!!! Def recommend this place over incompetent Landrey’s bike.

I'm really glad I brought my bike here. Drew is the best, give this guy a huge raise REI, his expertise should be highly valued. My bike was a mess and now it's like brand new. Great job! Thanks again.

Today I did a service for the first time on my Lectric XP 2.0 bike around 3pm, I believe the person's name was Drew, to adjust my brakes, I received great service, he told me that the noise I was making, maybe not disappeared completely because of the quality of the brakes but that could disappear eventually, he explained everything to me very well, he was very attentive to me. The noise hasn't completely disappeared yet, but it's much better, the worst part of the noise is gone, I'm satisfie...
