The service here is exceptional. I needed a new rim, they ordered it special, retrieved it, installed the same day. Good service fees for it. I also asked them to checkout my bottom bracket. They changed it and did an inspection of my bike tweaking little things that I noted and other shops would just ignore. Again, a good service fee for the quality work and customer service.

I don’t write reviews often. Honestly, who has the time? But this deserved one. If you’re in Boston and need anything bike-related, go to this shop. I wandered in off the street looking for tire sealant and met Ergin behind the counter, and Engin working on a bike (apologies if I mixed them up). Ergin was so helpful in getting my bike all tuned up and good to go, thank you so much! He also gave my friends and I a lesson on how to take our bikes apart and how to quickly change a flat if we are going on long rides. Would very much recommend his expertise for anyone in or around Boston.

Ergin was a great help. I was able to trade in my old bike and buy a new one from a solid selection. He was very patient and explained each option's advantages and disadvantages well. He let me take each bike for a ride and helped me find the one that fit the best. Good location in the South End, I will be coming back for maintenance over time. Support the local business!
