Ferris Wheels Bike Shop

Pierre and the mechanics at Ferris Wheels have kept me and my road bike in tip top shape through a lot of riding (and wear and tear) this year, especially this winter. Each time I've come in they have turned the repair around as quickly as possible. They've done wheel truing, hub adjustments, new tire installs, and bottom bracket installation. I've always left satisfied, with a smooth and safe ride. Solid people, great service!

Wrote a killer good review and just had a further issue. Pierre remains the man and the other mechanisms are rock solid! Love this bike shop!! These guys go out of their way to help and they know their stuff!! Wrote a review the other day but don't see it, so I am repeating it. Jeff was great but Pierre the new Owner is the bomb! I cannot recommend Ferris Wheels Bike Shop highly enough! I came in with a frustrating problem—my back hydraulic brake was sort of stuck—and they resolved it with incredible speed and care. As soon as we moved to JP, my husband and I both bought bikes here. We were not experienced cyclists and therefore a bit out of our element. They guided us through the process, got us set up, and their service has been top-notch. The whole team is great and Pierre, the owner, is very hands-on. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this place! They are helpful, attentive, and wonderful! They can get busy so if you need something in a specific amount of time, call ahead to schedule the work (if possible) They definitely go above and beyond to help folks who come by. Bonus: ¡la mayoría de empleados hablan español!
