Great service at good price. 2 times I've needed their services. The first for a flat tire. The second for an electrical issue that I had no chance of fixing. Both times they showed up within 15 minutes. Ashley was fast, professional.

Amazing service especially if you're not technically inclined when it comes to bikes. They were able to fix my flat and made a few tune ups too. If you've got a cargo bike the annual subscription is worth every penny.

Cam was absolutely amazing! My brakes gave out on the way to work and he came and fixed/ replaced them before I got off work so I could safely get home. Thank you NEMO and Cam!

Jake is the absolute best! I bought an ebike online that had very unclear directions on how to build so not only did he build it for me, I reached out a week or so after because I was having issues with it and even though he was on vacation, looked up my bike manual and advised how to get it up and running! Very happy with this company!

Big shout out to Jake for repairing my bike today. Made it look quick and easy. Had went almost a month without using it. Real lifesaver and fix other minor issues as well. If you're looking to buy a membership I highly recommend very flexible schedule and excellent customer service.
