I had a really uncomfortable experience at this bike shop. On the first day, I came in just to look at the bikes and left without any issue. The next day, I returned with a friend to compare models again. When my friend tried to sit on a bike that I rolled off the floor, a consultant came over and told us we couldn’t do that for safety reasons. I appreciate the attentiveness and the quick turnaround! I recently had a cycling accident that involved a car, which led to significant damage to the cassette, the entire crank and the back brake. Landry's staff started the work right away, making my bike look brand new just over a week later. They are great with record keeping and awesome communicators. It's a pleasure going back there every year for a tune up!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Landry’s Bicycles regarding their bike packing and shipping service. I contacted them multiple times after discovering irreparable damage to my bike rack upon reassembly. I got approved for a $1200 bike voucher from the state program and also received a $150 voucher for safety equipment. I called ahead to reserve the Aventon Soltera 2.5 in large Baja blue. They only had one left in stock, but they very kindly placed it on hold for me until I arrived at the store. I was assisted by Ed and Cedar who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Multiple people went out of their way to make sure I got the bike and accessories I wanted. From techs to management everyone was great to work with.
