I had an amazing experience at Fly E-Bike Boston! The store has a great selection of bikes, and the quality is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Eric—he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. His knowledge and patience made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable bikes, repairs, or great customer service.

Hear me out. Was literally on my way to REI to fix my bike. Unfortunately, the Green Line doesn't allow bikes onboard. As I was planning on heading back home, I noticed this new place on Google Maps. I checked it out, and sure enough, the vibe was welcoming with straight-forward service, cool perks and features this place has to offer! Strongly advise a quick visit for those in the cycling world!

The Best! Fly e-bike is the best scooter company in all of Greater Boston. I have an ezip500 scooter that needed a tire repair. I contacted Eric. Professional, fast, great price to repair- and located in a great location near Boston Common. If I could give 10 stars I would!
