Stopped in with a bent bike this morning and needing help after being turned away at Bayou bikes because they don’t work on my kind of bike. (Folding bike). The guys at Masseys took 5 minutes to bend the latch back where it needed to be, and then wouldn’t accept my offer to pay them. Outstanding customer service in stark contrast with the first place I tried. Thanks again!!

There happened to be no bike mechanic there the hour I went, but Paul who worked there still found a way to fix my bike. Thank you so much!

We took my fiancés electric bike here and they made it way worst . Until this day there has been no good explanation as to what the hell happened. If you have an expensive bike or an ebike that needs repair do not take your chances. We brought his bike to get the break’s adjusted and his inner tube changed out. The repair man ( AJ) seemed knowledgeable but alas he was not 😐. We bought our own inner tube purchased the week before because it’s not a common size to get. We paid $45 for the bike...

Excellent Service between Mr Richie who helped me at the desk and the manager of the store. The place is clean and bright. Found everything i needed.
