I went in to ask about bike repairs, and the guy said he was busy, come back next Wednesday and he'd work on it then. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said, no, he'd remember. Seemed like a nice guy. So, I show up the following week, and he says oh I'm really busy, come back next week. Amazing bike shop. I purchased a Trek mountain bike years ago and still use it. I recently brought my mountain bike and road bike in for some work and they did a great job. Same day return and they were clear about what repairs were needed.
