Incredible! I bought a used bike online that needed a little help, I brought it in to Alex's at literally the last hour as they were the only shop open on a Sunday afternoon. They had the tires and rear wheel I needed in stock, they took me in and fixed me up right then and there. They even helped me with miscellaneous hardware to mount up my fenders and rear rack. LOVED my experience there, will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff (or maybe the owner). Good bicycle. There are many bicycles as well. Good price. Renting a bicycle including all stuffs like helmet, lights, lock, etc. This shop made my trip to New Orleans perfect!

Fair price. Good bikes. Came with lock and helmets all at no extra charge. Would definitely use again.

talked to someone off st claude one night about a diy bike shop. they mentioned rubarb (but their hours r wack & closed for summer break) then said bike shop off marigny st let's me diy easy stuff. guy had a really nice bike ^_^ soooo as a broke non-passing transfem UwU went in trying to fix my breaks so i dont die on these streets. bike tech was really cagey about lending out tools (guess i was gonna pocket them inside the shop & then dash out???) & was trying to up sale me on maintenance. ...
