So relieved to find a shop in this part of town. Monte, the owner, was super helpful and fixed my brakes while i waited. He let me know about a recall on my battery I didn't know about :( I plan to upgrade in a few months and will definitely make my purchase from Belt Hub midtown. He's got some really nice bikes and is super knowledgeable.. great price.

We had never used electric bikes before but loved the Beltline and wanted to see the whole Beltline versus the section where we normally eat. This was so fun and amazing. Went from both ends twice and got off twice at piedmont park and also rode through Ansley Park with no issues. Highly recommend the E bikes and for sure using Beltline biking. I had an amazing experience riding E-bikes from Beltline Biking on the West Side Beltline Connector! The bikes were incredibly easy to use, and I loved the color of mine. The team was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. It was a perfect day and I truly had a great time exploring.
