Excellent experience. I purchased a Segway Xyber from the team about 3 months ago, and it's been wonderful. Eric, Isaiah and Daniel are an excellent group, and helped with receipt and assembly of my bike, and walked through setup so that I was ready to go with no questions since departure. I've been back to speak with them about it and they were great with service and very receptive to any concerns. 10/10 would recommend this business!

I purchased an e-bike during Covid. I have stayed with this company since my purchased. They have excellent customer service. When I am able to upgrade I will purchase from them.

Extremely poor service and zero communication from the Bike Barn/ElectroBike. I dropped my Aima Big Sur off with a flat tire and asked for an annual tune up, brake check, and chain replacement as my chain had been skipping. I was not given a timeline and had to follow up with them on a weekly basis as no communication was ever made on their end to let me know where my service stood. Note - they have moved to 151 Sampson St, Atlanta. These guys were great! Nobody would touch my $800 e-bike I bought on Amazon during the pandemic. It needed break repair and tuning, badly. They were able to get the bike cleaned and repaired and working like new in only a few hours on a Sunday, at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend these guys, and I'll even work with them to purchase my next e-bike in the future.
