Specialized Atlanta

Amazing shop with stellar customer service. This is definitely on my all time list for favorite shops now. We picked up our rentals close to their closing time and the staff didn’t rush us out or treat us any type of way because of our late arrival. We were genuinely taken care of by everyone at the shop and the bikes were beyond great. I know a few of us will be shopping for Levos and stumpies very soon! Thank you Specialized Atlanta!!!!

Highly recommend working with the folks at Specialized Atlanta. I went into the shop looking to buy my first road bike, and Earl spent a lot of time sitting down with me and educating me on the different options. I found the perfect bike and ordered it that day, but when it arrived they discovered a crack in the frame. I called the shop to order a replacement tire for my bicycle. By the time I got around to installing the new tire, I noticed they not only sold me the wrong kind of tire but it’s also the wrong type as well. I would not recommend this place and you can get a much more accurate response from ChatGPT

Rented a few bikes with friends over the weekend and felt so welcomed and taken care of at the shop. Literally every employee greeted and acknowledged us. They let us borrow a bike rack and dialed all of our bikes in perfectly. We will definitely make this our go-to shop in ATL :)

Top notch shop and service, everyone who works here is involved in the Atlanta bike community and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Really cool shop that’s more like a museum, with unbeatable location. Great dealer/manufacturer support.
