Sorted out a flat rear tire on my Ebike in 20 quick minutes. Staff was very kind and helpful. Got me back on the road to continue my ride on the Beltline in short order. I'll definitely return to Intown for my cycling needs in the future. A+ service!

I ordered a bike online and opted to have it delivered to the store for assembly. While I didn’t get the reminder call about the pickup date like they mentioned, I decided to swing by anyway. That turned out to be a great decision ,They handled the assembly quickly and with care, explaining a few things about the bike along the way. Went in for a brake bleed and bracket fix. Service was fast and fairly priced, and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Only small complaint was my bike had some new chips in the paint job that weren’t there when I dropped it off and it was covered in pollen suggesting it was stored outside.
