Atlanta Cycling - Ansley

Went in with some questions about a Trek model that I'd been researching and Bill got me up to speed on all of the ins and outs. I was fitted and out on my new bike in less than an hour. Awesome experience with easy, quick and knowledgeable service. You guys rock 🤙

Matt and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly when I visited Saturday afternoon. I was shown exactly the Aventon bike models I was hoping to see and immediately offered a test ride on a Level 3 that interested me. I was back within 10 minutes, bought the bike and hitch-mounted bike rack approximately 30 minutes after walking into the shop, which Matt helpfully showed me how to install on my truck. I had my dream bike built by Atlanta Cycling - Ansley. The staff sized me for the Megawatt Titanium custom built frame and let me pick from the best accessories as well as custom anodized graphics on the frame. The megawatt is a fast bike that keeps me right on my lines as well as rolls right over roots and rocks. I had to bring my bicycle in for a tune up. They fixed the gears but it took longer than I thought it would. The shop is small but the selection they do have is good. The staff were not overly friendly but were polite.

Staff here goes the extra mile. You're their top priority thing walking in the door. Repair costs are explained well and estimates honored. Turnaround times are a fraction of the competition. The place has enough space and technicians to make sure of that. Glad I found them!
