We rented two bikes. Ty set us up totally explaining all aspects of the e-bike. Bikes were excellent condition. (This was our first e-bike experience.) My husband and I went out to the Westside location to test out e-bikes for purchase. Turns out they were closed and Ty explained over the phone that it was a grand opening at Ponce City Market location. We headed out there and it was the best experience we received. He was knowledgeable about the bikes, had us try out 4 different bikes, and encouraged us to take it for a good ride so that we could feel comfortable with the bikes. We had a great experience with The BELT Hub. The team was super kind, welcoming, personable, and helpful. We requested a tow-behind for our toddler a day or two in advance and they made it happen. The equipment we rented was all new and easy to use. We rode North all through Piedmont Park and up past Ansley Mall. The bike ride paired well with a family picnic.
