Headed to REI on a Saturday to look at some hiking boots and it was a great experience. We did have to wait in line outside for about 10 minutes, but a staff member was constantly checking on those in line, giving us updates on store capacity and why she was holding us. The awareness of capacity given the pandemic and attentiveness those waiting outside were shown was superb. In the boots section, Bailey was incredible!
