Kathy was exceptional with customer service and her knowledge of the different e-bikes, so at the end of my visit I was well informed about which bikes best fit my needs, the cost, performance and features of each. She let me and my daughter test out 3 different types, the boomerang, city cruiser and element and I decided to go with the city cruiser. This was my 1st experience with Pedego e-Bike. I'm hooked! Owner, Kat, made me feel confident and comfortable. The shop offers everything for novice to experienced riders. We participated in a 12-mile social ride...felt like a kid again! You can rent an e-Bike for a day of fun. Or, get expert help finding the right bike to own. They are passionate about this business and will make sure you are happy with your experience.

Super friendly service - I would definitely rent from here again if I was in Atlanta again. A group of six of us rented bikes and went up the BeltLine to the Sweetwater Brewery at Amour Yard for lunch and some beers. A great trip.

No better place to shop for an ebike than Pedego Electric Bikes. My fiancé just purchased one for the both of us and what a wonderful experience! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Went over the entire process of riding the bike from the moment you get on, until the moment you get off (believe me, I needed the lesson since I had not been on a bike in over 30 years). Gave instruction on the battery pack, the pedal assist feature, seat adjustments, locking cable...just answered...
