I brought my triathlon bike in and received great service. Matt at the Marietta location handled some much needed service and maintenance on the TT bike and made sure to explain how I could prevent further problems. Kelsey in the Decatur location helped me with a bike fit and went above and beyond by teaching me about the science behind why things were changing on the bike (and my cleats) and how it would be faster, more efficient, and most importantly, safer Love this shop and the team!

These guys are great! Got me traded out from my mountain bike to a new Santa Cruz Stigmata gravel ride AND got me sized up for the new ride with everything adjusted perfectly for me. If you want a knowledgable and friendly bike shop without any judgement for what you don't know about bikes, this is the place to go. I'm happy to say this is my new favorite bike shop in ATL!

Colby and Kelsey are awesome people to work with at this location. I am new to bike riding, but they have been very helpful in setting up my new bike and getting me the accessories that I want. They always make you feel welcome in the store as well.
