Fairly new to bikes, I have a bike for commuting to work, nothing crazy. I recently attempted to change out my chain. Afterwards I had some clunking occurring. Took my bike in and Kevin went through the adjustments step by step with me. We ended up needing to change the cassette as well. Kevin was super accommodating and friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks guys!

Being a novice cyclist, I really appreciated the expert advice and product knowledge when purchasing my Trek bike at this store. I was able to get financing through Trek and the customer service was exceptional working to get everything I could possibly need to start my e-bike journey. Highly recommend this store.

Amazing shop all the employees here are great Ramon got me set up on a custom ti Chandi megawatt and Kevin their mechanic got it put together and dialed in. Weather you want an entry level bike or go crazy like me they treat you all the same with first class

The sales staff are very helpful, even if you're not purchasing a bike. They took the time to introduce road biking and make sure I was successful on my big rides. I had service done on two bikes and both ride like they're brand new. Very happy to work with this store for my future needs.
