Chris and his entire Team in the bike shop are absolutely amazing. They were able to diagnose an electrical problem on my Ebike that 3 other bike shops couldn't fix. Highly recommend this shop!

Coming back from CCC, I stopped at REI to buy front brake pads and a light. Since I'm a member, I thought let them replace the pads. I'm not a cheap person, but to pay $32.00 dollars labor cost, not counting the pads is ridiculous. At UBC, I got a bottom bracket for $40, and they are STATE OF THE ART...

The shift leader did not listen to what I needed and wanted, and tried to up charge me telling me there are things I needed that I didn’t want. He even went as far as tearing up the cable for my front derailer which was frozen and I don’t use it or need it or wanted it repaired.

Best service first time in here needed my bike fixed Great job thank you I will definitely come here again
