Jupiter Electric Bikes

ive been trying to get ahold of the office for 3 months now and I'm always sent to voicemail after 5 minutes of being placed on hold. I'm trying to purchase a battery for my Rogue Cafe racer but your website doesn't have them for sale, yet you have all other batteries for sale for the other bikes. Do you have batteries for sale at your tampa location? I'll change my review to 5 stars if I get a response. Im just looking for a simple answer and it seems impossible to get that from you guys.

Bought Jupiter Journey e-bike and so far happy with customer service, as Jaqi was so helpful answer my questions and helping me put to the right tech, Dave to help resolve 3 out of 4 issues. I am now trying my bike regularly and with the exception of throttle lag picking up the motor. Hope this last throttle issue will be resolved sooner. Deite un-resolved throttle issue, customer service and tech person responses are great, I am giving full positive rating. thanks

We have 3 Defiants (1-ST) and feel they are a well made bike. We fold-up 2 and use them RV’ing. We’ve not had any problems with the bikes and have 700 miles on them. Recently, while unloading 1 bike, I accidentally pinched the wires running to the headlight/horn. The bike started to cut-out while riding and then eventually stopped assisting.
