Steven and Jennifer have excellent customer service. We purchase the XP lite electric. They helped us out through the process and teaches us the bike on how it works. There were friendly and nice have no complaint how do you recommend this place for beginners or experienced bikers.

Could not ask for better service. As somebody who came in with a very specific idea of what we wanted, the owner and staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased two Discovery X5 bikes. They are well constructed bikes and I look forward to traveling with them. One had a couple adjustment issues that I reported to Jupiter. Their customer service was extremely prompt and courteous. I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase.

I got hit by a car on my e-bike and needed it repaired. This shop was incredibly accommodating, professional, and helpful. Even though they did not carry the brand of bike I was hit on they still agreed to take it in and try their best with repairs.
