My worst experience with any bike shop so far. Bought a used bike in the Tampa area and asked the seller to bring the bike to this store for inspection and shipping. They did a terrible job on both. Inspection: the seller listed the bike as like-new, and after inspection, an employee of this store confirmed to me the bike was in “very good”condition and the “ONLY”noticeable issue was the chain being a little stretched thus needing replacement.
